Keys and references

A post references its author, approver and hashtag group; approvals, channel targets, engagements, analytics rows and campaign links reference the post. Channel targets and analytics rows also reference the social account. Replies reference their inbox message; mentions can link to an inbox message and a related post. Routing keywords and pool members reference their rule. Keep account codes, post numbers and channel post IDs stable and import by them.

Migration order

  1. Load Users and Users2, then social accounts.
  2. Load content tags, Hashtags with hashtag items, and the content library.
  3. Load routing rules with their keywords and pool members.
  4. Load Campaigns and Posts with their approvals and channel targets, preserving the planned publication dates.
  5. Load open inbox messages, Mentions and competitor accounts.
  6. Reconcile planned posts and open conversations with the current tool and test permissions before go-live.
