Use the human sample number to help people locate the material, then confirm the reference before capture. Map the authenticated user through People.User for assigned to, Owner, reviewed by and personal acknowledgment filters.
Method on soil results is text; reconcile its label with the laboratory’s controlled-document procedure. An acknowledgment points to a document record, so preserve the intended Version context when issuing replacements. Follow corrective actions through their parent Nonconformance before evaluating closure, and inspect the underlying inspection checks when explaining failed scope.
