How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Sports Club / League Mgmt for your business. Pilot one division for one season: approve teams, schedule fixtures, assign officials and confirm results, then compare the table and rosters with your current records before adding divisions.
How are fixture clashes prevented?
A fixture is published only when the two teams differ and neither team nor the venue already has an overlapping match.
Who confirms results?
The Competition Secretary confirms results and cannot confirm a result they submitted.
How is the table calculated?
From confirmed results only, using the season’s scoring policy. Disputed results stay out until resolved.
Can we track officials?
Yes. Officials are assigned to fixtures by role and confirm their availability.
Does it handle training?
Coaches schedule sessions and record each person as present, absent or excused.
Can players move between teams mid-season?
Yes. The old roster entry gets a leave date and the new team adds the player, keeping eligibility history.
Can we publish the table online?
The schedule and table can be published to your league website through a connection.
What drives the cost?
Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
