How a Sports Club / League Mgmt rollout works

Start with one division and one season the coordinator and secretary can run end to end.

  1. Agree the operating boundary

The scope is seasons, teams, rosters, fixtures, officials, results, standings and training. Public websites, messaging, live scoring and payments remain connected. The league sets its rules and scoring; Proto prepares configuration for review.

  2. Map the source data

Bring the people registry, teams, rosters, venues, the season's dates and scoring policy.

  3. Configure a bounded pilot

Pilot one division for one season. Approve teams, schedule fixtures, assign officials and confirm results.

  4. Rehearse the exceptions

Schedule a clash. Leave an official unconfirmed. Have the submitting official try to confirm. Dispute a result. Transfer a player.

  5. Reconcile and release

Compare the table and rosters with your current records. Obtain the league committee's acceptance before adding divisions.
