Who it's for

Client delivery teams

A services team can connect an organization, project schedule, milestones and sprint scopes to the same delivery record. The same project structure gives the team a place to inspect ownership and dates when priorities move.

How Sprint / Agile Board is set up for you

Plan the work

Put the next delivery goal in a sprint scope with its own owner, estimate and dates. Link the stories that the team expects to work.

Watch interruptions

Use the blocked story queue and impediment triage to give a problem a severity and owner. Revisit open risks with their mitigation.

Review outcomes

Inspect submitted scope and time entries with the people who make those decisions. Keep the resulting decision and receipt tied to the source record.

A services team can connect an organization, project schedule, milestones and sprint scopes to the same delivery record. The same project structure gives the team a place to inspect ownership and dates when priorities move.

Start with one active client project and its next milestone. Assign the scope owner, then attach stories and record time against the correct project. A short rehearsal with a blocked story and a submitted time entry shows whether each person can find the next action. Keep project naming consistent across stories and time entries. After the first operating cycle, compare planned and actual hours, inspect missed milestones and correct the assignments that caused unnecessary waiting.

Before sending a client update, the Delivery Lead checks whether the missed milestone changes the project schedule. The Project Manager checks the scope owner and any blocked stories for the same project. The Time Reviewer reads the approved hours and their receipt before those hours are used in a billing discussion.
