Prepare the first operating cycle
Add a real service, its owner and a component customers recognize. Register a representative asset. Agree on priority, component status and message audience. Set a public destination and monitoring source for the pilot, then open a test incident and assign it to the person who will handle it.
Review before release
Record acknowledgment and an attributed investigation update. Have the communications reviewer check a public message against the incident and component condition. Confirm the publication record matches the external destination. Finally record resolution, check the component state and close the incident after the service owner confirms recovery. Use implementation for the rollout sequence.
