Create your account

Click Get started to begin, then use Proto to configure Subcontractor Management for your business. Invite the Procurement Manager, Project Manager and Controller who will own the first operating cycle. Include the Field Supervisor who checks the work and the subcontractor contact who supplies documents.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a subcontractor with a current project and a claim due soon. Bring company details, qualification evidence and the executed agreement with its purchasing reference. Agree the document requirements and SOW approval routing. Follow a field entry into the claim and collect the waiver needed for the project jurisdiction.

Review before release

Ask each participant to complete their part under their own account. Test a blocked onboarding task, a suspended vendor claim and a waiver with the wrong jurisdiction. Confirm the accounting handoff and payment reconciliation with Controller. Use implementation to expand after the pilot’s unresolved items have clear owners.

Set up Subcontractor Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
