How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Supply Chain for your business. Pilot one warehouse and its top products for one month. Run planning, ordering, receiving, counting and shipping through the app and reconcile stock and orders with your current system before adding sites.

Does it forecast demand?

Planners record statistical, sales and consensus figures per product, warehouse and bucket under versions. Statistical forecasts can be loaded from your forecasting tool.

How are purchase orders approved?

By the Procurement Manager, according to supplier tier and order value. Orders created from replenishment start as Draft and are submitted for approval.

What if a supplier only partly confirms an order?

The order stays at Approved and the unconfirmed vendor split is reported until it is resolved.

How is incoming quality handled?

Receipts wait at Pending QC until inspected against the quality plan. Rejects raise nonconformances, and repeated issues get corrective actions.

How are supplier invoices checked?

Each invoice is matched to its order and receipt. Variances need approval before payment.

How are count differences handled?

Small variances post as adjustments. Large ones wait for the Inventory Manager’s review.

Does it print shipping labels?

Labels and rating stay in your carrier tools. Shipments record carrier, method and tracking, and tracking events arrive through the carrier connection.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets?

Prepare products, suppliers, warehouses and bins, opening stock by lot and open orders. Rehearse one month and reconcile it before extending the migration.

What drives the cost?

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
