Open a session, confirm bookings against membership and capacity, assign lanes, check swimmers in and complete the session.
Aquatics Manager schedules the session with its service, instructor, times and capacity and opens it for booking.
Front Desk Coordinator records the member's request for places. The booking starts as Requested.
Front Desk Coordinator confirms the booking when the member is entitled and the session has places left. A pending charge is raised when the booking is chargeable.
For lane hire and squads, the desk or instructor splits the booking into lane bookings within the session's time.
Swim Instructor checks each swimmer in. The booking moves to Attended and one session is used from the plan. Absent swimmers are marked no show.
When every confirmed booking is Attended or no show, the session is marked Completed.
