Learning focused organizations
A learning-focused organization needs to distinguish a development plan from evidence that a course was completed. Talent Suite links employee goals and reviews to a performance cycle, then tracks courses through enrollment and dated training records. HR Business Partner (HRBP) owns the review process. L&D Admin owns course assignment, completion and expiration. Use an employee with a development goal and a mandatory course as the first case.
How Talent Suite is set up for you
Cycle decisions
Review dates and statuses sit with the performance cycle; each review names its subject, reviewer, type and rating.
Goal progress
Employee can update a goal's progress; the final rating belongs to the review outcome rather than the course record.
Learning evidence
Course enrollment shows assignment reason, due date and completion; the training record preserves completion and expiration dates.
Engagement results
Survey responses contain consent basis and department. Share department results only when the minimum group size is met; keep comments on response records.

Choose a cycle with a manager review and a development goal. HR Business Partner (HRBP) checks the reviewer, subject and cycle before calibration and release. L&D Admin assigns a related course and compares the completed enrollment with the training record. If the enrollment fails, the team should not treat the course as valid training evidence.
Open a survey for the same department with its response window and minimum group size set in advance. Have the survey owner check whether that department qualifies for a shared result, even if other departments already have enough responses. This gives the team a concrete privacy rehearsal without exposing any individual's comment.
