• Career site and job boards. Decide how candidate and application records enter the recruiting queue and how duplicates are resolved.
• Calendar. Agree how interview times reach interviewers and how reschedules return to the interview record.
• E-signature. Keep the offer decision in Talent Suite and reconcile the signed document and acceptance event with the offer.
• Identity provider. Align employee provisioning and separation with the dated employee record and assigned tasks.
• Payroll services and banking. Establish tax calculation, filing and money movement outside the pay run record, with confirmation returned to the responsible payroll owner.
• Benefit carriers. Decide how plan elections and effective dates are transmitted and acknowledged.

Name an owner for each connection, its source record, the event sent, the acknowledgement expected and the exception queue. Test a duplicate event and a corrected date before enabling a live handoff.
