Keys and references
A booking references its member and session; attendance references the booking and the person who recorded it; a payment references the member and booking. Exposure plans reference the member and the authorizing instructor; exposure sessions reference the member and plan. Sessions reference their service and instructor. Keep member numbers, booking references and plan references stable from your current system and import by them.
Migration order
- Load Users and People, then Services and membership plans.
- Load Members with their status and join date.
- Load current member plans enrolments.
- Load each active member’s exposure plans, authorized by an instructor.
- Load the coming weeks’ Sessions and their Bookings.
- Reconcile members, plans and open bookings with the current system and test permissions before go-live.
