Each member has an exposure plan authorized by an instructor, with maximum minutes per session and a minimum interval between sessions. A session longer than the maximum or too soon after the last one is refused.

No. A booking is confirmed only when the places fit in the session’s remaining capacity, and a full session takes no more.

Their status changes to paused and new bookings are not confirmed until they are active again. Their history stays in place.

Each plan has a price, a session allowance and a validity period. A member’s enrolment records when it starts and expires and whether it is active, paused, expired or cancelled.

Confirming a booking creates one pending payment. The accounts clerk confirms it once received, and refunds are recorded as a status with the original amount kept. Card processing stays with your provider.

Yes. Instructors see the sessions they lead; roles control who confirms bookings, authorizes exposure plans and confirms payments.

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work use prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists current rates.
