Where it usually breaks
And how to keep it from happening.
- A paused member is booked and turned away at the desk.
- A session is overbooked when two people book the last place.
- A double tap at check-in writes two attendance records.
From a booking request to a delivered session.
The front desk coordinator or the member requests places on a session.
The booking is confirmed when the member is active, the session is open and the places fit in the remaining capacity. Confirming creates one pending payment. A session that fills moves to full.
The instructor checks the member in; one attendance record is written and the booking becomes attended.
When every confirmed booking has been delivered, the session completes.
