How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Task Queue Management for your business. Pilot one organization, one queue type, an effective assignment rule and a small set of representative tasks. Rehearse an ordinary result, a failed receipt and a correction before expanding.

What identifies a queue?

The queue has its own number and name and retains the originating source record ID. Use the source ID when tracing work back to the connected system.

How are urgent queues found?

Priority, arrival date and SLA due date are on the queue. Queue Operations Overview shows SLA exposure and queues needing attention; Queued work by priority gives the manager the working list.

How does assignment work?

The Queue Manager selects eligible queued work against an effective assignment rule. The assignment workflow records the owner, reason, operation trace, pending review decision and state history.

Who approves an assigned revision?

The Independent Reviewer records the decision against that queue revision, with a date and reason. A returned or rejected decision stays visible in the review history.

Where do task outcomes appear?

Each task has its own outcome under the parent queue. Its operation steps retain receipt identity, while the run records whether required effects were verified.

What happens when a provider result is unclear?

The analyst inspects attempts, steps and external receipts. A run needing reconciliation remains visible, and a receipt issue can become an assigned follow-up action.

Can a completed result be corrected?

Yes. The correction workflow retains the previous revision and completed steps, creates a successor revision with a compensating task and calls for independent approval again.

Can different organizations use different assignment policies?

Assignment rules belong to organizations and carry effective dates. Set the applicable policy and people for each organization during implementation.

What should we prepare for rollout?

Bring sample source records, priority and SLA date rules, people, assignment policies, reviewer choices, receipts and a documented correction. The implementation plan turns them into a rehearsal.
