Who it's for

Managed operations

A team managing work for client organizations needs to know which organization owns each queue and who is currently handling it. Work queues links the organization, owner and effective assignment rule to the same numbered work item. Priority and SLA due date guide the daily review; task outcomes and operation receipts explain what the team actually did. The organization record also carries time zone, which should be agreed before interpreting due dates across locations.

How Task Queue Management is set up for you

Client separation

Use the organization reference on rules, people and queues so a similarly named policy for another client is not mistaken for the right one.

Review

Record an independent decision on the queue revision. The reviewer sees the assignment reason and supporting evidence before deciding.

Provider result

Keep the external receipt identity and provider reference on the execution trace. A failed or unknown attempt stays visible for investigation.

Correction

Preserve an earlier executed revision, then use a compensating task and a new review decision when the outcome changes.

Start with one client organization and a queue type that has a clear source identifier. Set up its people and effective assignment rule, and agree which operator handles ordinary work and which reviewer makes independent decisions. Include one case that completes normally and one whose external result arrives late. Ask the Operations Analyst to explain both outcomes from the run and step records, then assign a follow-up owner for the unresolved receipt.

When more client organizations are added, review their policies and time zones individually. Configure the source and provider connections for each operating context. The queue record is the coordination layer; the originating transaction stays in the connected system.
