Systems to connect
- Work source. Supply the stable source record ID and arrival context used to create a queue. Agree which source values map into queue and task fields.
- External execution source. Return a provider reference or external receipt identity for an attempted effect. Keep the receipt with the numbered operation step.
- Document source. Supply an attachment or external reference when a reviewer needs evidence for a queue decision.
How connections are governed
Queue Manager and Admin agree the effective assignment policy and field mappings before intake. Record the mapping version and effective date so the team can explain how a source value became a queue value. Operations Analyst checks external effects against the stored receipt before an operation run is treated as successful. A connection is configured for the customer’s source and provider; the queue records retain references and evidence for the operating decision.
