Keys and references

An appointment references its studio, owner and station in Counterparty. Reserved lines reference an appointment and a station. Consent reviews, decisions, files, payment events and receipts each reference one appointment as Parent. Team members reference a studio and a user account.

Import stations by Code, appointments by record number and payment events by provider event ID. Keep revisions and operation keys as recorded.
