How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Tattoo Studio Management for your business. Pilot one studio for one month. Run every appointment through hold, clearance, deposit and session, and compare appointments and deposits with your calendar and provider statement before going further.

How do you stop double-booking a station?

A hold that overlaps another claim on the same station, including setup and cleanup time, is refused.

How is consent handled?

The coordinator attaches the signed consent form and ID check and submits a packet. A supervisor who did not prepare it clears, returns or rejects it before the session.

Can clients see their forms?

Files marked Shared, such as the aftercare sheet and the approved design, are for the client. ID checks stay Internal.

When is an appointment confirmed?

Once consent is cleared and the deposit is verified from your payment provider.

What happens with cancellations?

Cancellations follow your studio’s policy and timing and release the station. Refunds are recorded against the appointment. A no-show is recorded only after the threshold.

Can we show our portfolio?

Portfolios and design galleries stay on your website. Approved design references can be attached to each appointment.

Can we migrate from our current booking tool?

Prepare stations, staff, upcoming appointments and deposits taken. Rehearse one month and reconcile it before extending the migration.

What drives the cost?

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
