Keys and references

Use the organization and registration references to identify the obligation before approval or release. A declaration points to a filing period and organization. A notice points to its registration, organization and filing period. A return points to a customer and organization. Payment can reference a notice or return. Review decisions references its reviewer and may reference the related notice, return or payment. Operation receipts identifies its actor and the operation reference.

Migration order

  1. People and entities. Confirm Users, Organizations and team members, including their ownership and current status.
  2. Registration and accounts. Add tax registrations, Customers and tax accounts after entity references are stable.
  3. Period and transactions. Add filing periods, then declarations, notices, returns and their lines.
  4. Payment and evidence. Bring in tax payments, filing evidence, review decisions and operation receipts with their original references preserved.
