Choose a completed-ride example and a cancellation or no-show. Bring the related completion documents and provider payment evidence so the team can rehearse the full review. Agree which intake, driver and payment connections are part of the pilot using integrations.

Have Dispatcher prepare the journey and a different Operations Reviewer decide it. Confirm the accepted match, record trip progress and reconcile completion evidence. Repeat with an unavailable vehicle, required completion evidence missing and a completion record linked to the wrong request.

Ask Finance Operator to explain the fare components and the provider evidence for any Paid outcome. Check account access, imported record references and unresolved exceptions with the operating owners. Follow implementation for the release rehearsal and pricing for expected usage.
