Keys and references

Use employee and transaction identifiers to reconcile imports. Preserve references before loading dependent rows. A saved worklist filters its source table; it does not create another transaction table. Check reference targets and status options before moving historical data.

Migration order

  1. Load organization and policy references such as Departments, Locations, Positions, pay grades and payroll calendars.
  2. Load Employees and their reporting references.
  3. Load requisitions, applications, offers, timesheets, leave and training records with employee references.
  4. Reconcile payroll periods, statements, statement lines and related tax records.
  5. Compare worklists and reports with the imported source records.
