Prepare the first operating cycle

Pilot one team for one pay period. Log time by web, timer and mobile, submit and approve weekly sheets, and reconcile billed hours and the payroll bundle before adding teams.

  • The resource list with managers, classification and state of work.
  • Project codes with categories, billable flags and rates.
  • Approval paths and time policies.
  • The pay calendar for the year.

Review before release

Exceed a daily limit and check the violation. Leave a sheet unsubmitted until the Monday reminder. Reject an approval step and resubmit. Request and approve a reopen. Try to export the same sheet twice. Invite the pilot team with the agreed roles, confirm approvers and the Controller, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand once the first pay period closes cleanly.
