Create your account

Get started to create your account and identify the project manager, team member, delivery lead and reviewer for the first cycle. Agree who can decide weekly submissions and inspect entry outcomes and who can inspect the evidence afterward.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an organization and active project. Add one work package, assign a task and record several dated time entries. Submit a weekly record with the intended worker, week, package, organization, hours and revision. Use the weekly queue and entry outcomes to check what is ready for review.

Review before release

Submit a valid entry to start its approval, then have the Project Manager approve a valid weekly submission. Confirm the Approved statuses, review decisions and operation receipts. Attempt an invalid approval and check that the source remains unchanged while Failed Operations records the attempt. Expand to other projects only after the team can explain the full handoff.
