Keys and references

A slot references a course, an instructor from People and a room capability record. A course references its instructor. Sessions and assessments reference a course. Enrollments reference a learner and a course. Attendance references a session and a learner; results reference an assessment and a learner. Fees reference a learner. People reference a user account. Each room capability record also references the enrollment it was captured against.

Import courses by course code and learners by learner number. Keep slot start and end times in the site’s time zone.
