How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Timetable Generator for your business. Pilot one site or department for one term. Propose, approve and publish every slot, enroll learners against capacity and record attendance, then compare with your current timetable before extending.

Does it build the whole timetable automatically?

Instructors or coordinators propose slots, and every proposal is checked for room and instructor clashes. Proto can help draft proposals for review. The coordinator approves and publishes the timetable.

How are clashes handled?

A slot that overlaps another in the same room or for the same instructor is refused with the reason. A slot must also start before it ends.

How are rooms chosen?

Each room records its capacity, equipment and unavailable times. The coordinator checks these against the course before approving a slot.

Can a course be overfilled?

No. Enrollments are approved against the course capacity, and each learner holds one enrollment per course.

How is attendance recorded?

Once per session and learner, as Present, Absent or Excused. A second entry corrects the first.

Are grades checked?

Scores cannot exceed the assessment’s maximum, and a reviewer confirms graded results before an enrollment completes.

Can we migrate from spreadsheets?

Prepare rooms, instructors, courses, learners and the current timetable. Rehearse one week and reconcile it before extending the migration.

What drives the cost?

Ordinary manual use has no per-user charge under the platform policy. Imports, integrations, agent execution and other machine work consume prepaid credits; implementation is scoped separately. The pricing page lists the current rates.
