Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe your rooms, courses, instructors and the people who approve slots and enrollments.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Pilot one site or department for one term. Propose, approve and publish every slot, enroll learners against capacity and record attendance, then compare with your current timetable before extending.

  • Rooms with capacity, equipment and unavailable times.
  • Instructors and staff with their user emails.
  • Courses with codes, capacity, dates and instructors.
  • Learners, current enrollments and the fee schedule.

Review before release

A room clash must be refused. An instructor double-booking must be refused. A full course must not take another enrollment. A score above the maximum must be refused. Reconcile the published timetable and enrollments with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm who approves slots and enrollments, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first term runs cleanly.
