Include an open defect and a changed delivery location so the pilot covers the decisions your team handles during a normal shift.

• Name the Dispatcher and Transport Manager responsible for planning and release.
• Ask Fleet Manager to check driver eligibility and vehicle readiness.
• Have Delivery Coordinator identify the receiver and evidence for the final stop.
• Assign a Settlement Clerk and a different Settlement Approver to rehearse the statement review.

Walk the load from Draft through review and dispatch to Executed. Resolve a disputed delivery confirmation before using it in settlement review. Ask the approver to identify the exact submitted revision and USD amount, then reconcile the external completion evidence with the clerk. Check ordinary account access and confirm that each person can find the records needed for their work.
