Integrations and source ownership

Agree where screening, license and identity evidence comes from.

  • Trade Compliance
  • Official screening source
  • License authority or register
  • Identity directory
  • Evidence repository

Systems to connect

  • Official screening source. Agree how the organization retrieves and retains the screening result for the counterparty under review.
  • License authority or register. Keep the authoritative license determination in its designated source and carry the reference into the export review.
  • Identity directory. Map signed-in users to team members and the organizations they may work with.
  • Evidence repository. Agree which source documents are attached to the assessment and which remain under their original retention policy.

How connections are governed

For each source, name an owner, accepted identifier, access scope and reconciliation step. A license reference in an export review points to source evidence; it does not itself establish authorization. A changed source result or assessment revision needs a new human review. Reconcile operation receipts marked Failed or needs review with the assessment and assigned reviewer before treating an operation as complete.

Use the implementation plan to agree the evidence handoff.
