  4. Reconcile closure Yard Supervisor

    • Updates Trailer visits, Operation receipts
  5. Hand off the evidence Evidence Reviewer or Finance Reviewer

    • Support charge investigation
    • Updates Trailer visits, Operation receipts, Freight charges

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • Similar unit numbers lead to a visit against the wrong trailer.
  • A timestamp lacks its offset or places departure before arrival.
  • A repeated closure request is treated as fresh work without checking the receipt.
  • A detention duration is mistaken for an approved monetary charge.
