Keys and references

An instruction references its entity, owner and counterparty. Legs reference an instruction and an account. Evidence lines, attachments, decisions, deals and receipts each reference one instruction as Parent. Snapshots and reconciliation items reference an account; matched items also reference their instruction. Each account references the counterparty that holds it.

Import counterparties and entities by Code, accounts by account code and external account ID, and evidence and reconciliation items by provider event ID. Keep revisions and operation keys as recorded.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, Users and team members.
  2. Load financial counterparties with eligibility notes, then financial accounts with external identifiers.
  3. Load opening account snapshots per account for the pilot start date.
  4. Load open bank instructions with their instruction accounts, record attachments and existing review decisions.
  5. Load open treasury deals under their instructions, and bank evidence already received.
  6. Reconcile opening balances, open instructions and deals with the source, test permissions and replay the exception cases before the first live day.
