Operations Manager approves or rejects the reviewed load and records the rationale against its source record and revision. A returned or escalated review needs follow-up; it does not grant permission to proceed. Approved work can continue toward stop preparation and assignment.
Dispatcher checks the pickup and delivery locations against the approved endpoints. Confirm existing stops before adding missing work. A repeated handoff must not leave the team planning duplicate pickups for the same load.
Dispatcher checks the latest pre-trip result is Pass or Pass with defects, reviews unrepaired Critical findings, and checks Assigned or Active commitments for both driver and vehicle. Select a powered unit when required, then move the eligible assignment from Proposed to Assigned.
