Review before release
An operator must not approve their own revision. A replayed playback event must not create a second session. A stale snapshot must invalidate its results. A correction must keep the prior revision and stop on a duplicate request. Reconcile titles, watched minutes and settlements with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm who reviews and who approves metrics, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first month closes cleanly.
