How the model is organised
Event Schedule:
Events, Venues, Organizations, team members. Each event belongs to an organization, names a venue and an owning team member, and carries a version number.
Breakout Sessions:
Breakout sessions belong to an event and organization with track, start time, participant capacity and host.
Admission Workspace:
Admissions hold registration lines for an event with name, attendee reference, quantity, price, reserved and admitted times.
Review Queue:
Review decisions record the decision, reason and reviewer against an event version.
Evidence Center:
Payment evidence keeps provider authorizations, captures, refunds and voids; record attachments hold files with visibility.
Event Command:
Operation receipts record each guarded action on an event and its outcome.
Access:
Users hold platform accounts; team members link each staff member to a user and organization.

Keys and references
Every event keeps a stable record number, and every venue and organization a code. Import registrations by event record number and attendee reference, never by name. Keep the provider event ID and reference on payment evidence so a repeated notification is recognized. Amounts are recorded in US dollars. Each operation receipt keeps a unique operation key.
The platform holds 11 tables and 16 relationships.
Migration order
