Event Coordinator submits the event. Event Reviewer approves, returns or rejects the submitted version with a reason.
Program Manager submits each breakout with track, start time, capacity and host. Event Reviewer approves or rejects it, and approval opens the breakout.
Event Coordinator opens the approved event so registrations can be taken.
Registration Coordinator records registrations within capacity and admits each attendee once when they join, after a verified capture for paid events.
Event Coordinator closes the event once admitted quantities reconcile with verified payments. The event and its breakouts are marked Completed.
