How a Warehouse + Fleet + Delivery rollout works

Start with a representative movement, then add operating scope and exceptions.

  1. Set scope

Define an operating organization, its team membership, partner directory and time-zone convention.

  2. Prepare resources

Enter eligible drivers, ready vehicles and any open defects; agree how source authority is checked.

  3. Run a load

Plan a load with ordered stops, a promise, an assignment and a submitted custody handoff.

  4. Decide and move

Review custody independently, record its completion receipt, then dispatch and deliver with actual times.

  5. Reconcile

Test a late delivery, a changed handoff revision and a failed operation receipt before widening use.

What the customer provides

Provide organization and team identities, partner contacts, active drivers and vehicles, known defects and a representative set of loads. Name the people who prepare custody, decide submissions and investigate failures. Choose the authoritative systems for driver eligibility, vehicle readiness, carrier acknowledgment and finance follow-up. Bring one ordinary delivery and one exception with enough evidence to rehearse the full path.

Changing it afterwards

Review a change against a real load before release. Recheck resource intervals when an assignment changes, resubmit custody when its scope changes, and preserve the original delivery promise when a new estimate is supplied. Keep prior decisions and receipts visible when a correction is authorized. Use the roles and data model pages to prepare the next operating unit.
