Step by step

1. Prepare transfer Warehouse Lead

   Warehouse Lead checks the physical scope and submits the handoff revision.

3. Review custody Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer examines the frozen handoff scope and records an approve, reject or return decision against the parent load revision, with a reason.

   • Record an independent decision on the parent load revision and frozen scope
   • Updates Review decisions, Loading handoffs, Loads
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Record handover Warehouse Lead

   Warehouse Lead records the physical transfer time after the approved scope is handed to the driver.

   • Keep the actual physical transfer time
   • Updates Loading handoffs

5. Complete receipt Warehouse Lead

   Warehouse Lead checks the custody operation receipt before marking the handoff complete.

   • Persist the action before completion
   • Updates Operation receipts, Loading handoffs

Warehouse Lead

Prepares and records the handover; Independent Reviewer makes the decision; Operations Manager reconciles failed receipts; Dispatcher checks the completed transfer before release.
