Keys and references

Each work order has a record number and revision. Its organization, owner and asset are references. Assignments, evidence lines, attachments, decisions and receipts use their Parent reference to connect to that job. The assignment worker is text. A review decision carries its own source revision and reviewer reference. Operation receipts carry an operation key and expected revision. These values should be checked together when reconciling a decision with its effect.

Migration order

  1. Operating organizations. Establish active site codes and time zones.
  2. People and assets. Load users, team members and assets with their organization references.
  3. Work orders. Create parent jobs with owner, asset, due date, planned hours and revision.
  4. Coverage and evidence. Add labor assignments and work evidence under the parent jobs.
  5. History. Bring attachments, review decisions and operation receipts with their parent and reviewer links.
