Create your account

Click Get started and use Proto to configure Warehouse Labor Management for your operation. Name an Admin, Shift Supervisor, Labor Reviewer and Warehouse Manager for the first cycle. Agree who will own the source records and who will review the results.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose an active organization, a few known assets and the team members responsible for a real shift. Create a work order with an owner, due date and planned hours. Draft a zone assignment with worker, start time and hours, then submit it for a reviewer decision. Record actual work against the parent job and attach a supporting file where needed.

Review before release

Have Labor Reviewer approve one assignment and reject another with a reason. Have Warehouse Manager compare planned and actual hours before accepting a job. Open the operation exception list and check who investigates Failed or needs review outcomes. Finally, rehearse each role’s access to work, files and decisions, including an Internal attachment.

Set up Warehouse Labor Management your way.
