Keys and references

Use the human load number to locate work and the record reference to join it. Team members.User links operational staff to Users. Load ownership points to team members; user-specific queues need that identity mapping. Proof of delivery.Stop must correspond to a load stops record for the same Load when the team verifies evidence.

Review decisions.Revision identifies the reviewed version; operation receipts.expected revision identifies the version expected by an action. Operation key, external reference and effect references support outcome reconciliation. Agree their identity rules when connecting external systems. Never use a similar Subject as a substitute for the correct Parent reference.

Active Loads and Loads Awaiting Approval are list screens over Loads. Open Defects is a list screen over defect register. Their records retain the keys and references of their source tables.

Migration order

  1. Organization and identities. Prepare Organizations and Users, then team members with its user and organization references.
  2. Operating parties and resources. Load transport partners, Routes, Drivers and Vehicles; reconcile names and unit identities with the source records.
  3. Current load work. Import Loads, then load stops, load assignments and load checks with their parent and resource references intact.
  4. Movement and fleet evidence. Link tracking events, proof of delivery, Inspections, defect register, maintenance plans and fuel transactions to the right load, stop or vehicle.
  5. Review and financial context. Attach review decisions, operation receipts, record attachments and freight charges after validating the referenced load and organization.
