Keys and references

Preserve each record’s identifier, including work order ID, stream ID and manifest ID. Disposal manifests reaches its operating order through Stream and waste streams.operational record. Do not attach a manifest to a different work order by matching a similar material name.

People.User links to the authenticated Users identity. My Work Orders resolves the signed-in user through that relationship to work orders.assigned to. Users.User is a self-reference in the account model and must follow the platform’s identity setup. People.role title describes a job; permissions come from the configured role.

Disposal manifests.Carrier is text, while service charges.Partner is a reference to Partners. Retain that distinction during imports. A manifest’s quantity takes its unit context from the selected waste streams record. Keep work logs.Unit explicit when comparing field quantities, and preserve workflow-written operation key values when investigating repeated commands.

Migration order

  1. Establish valid platform Users and linked People, then confirm active operators and their role permissions.
  2. Prepare Sites and Partners with consistent names and operating contact details.
  3. Load work orders with actual Site and assigned to references. Preserve stored states and dates without treating imported status as fresh approval evidence.
  4. Add work logs and waste streams under their real work orders, retaining attribution, quantities and units.
  5. Load disposal manifests under their actual Stream with the source certificate attachments and movement details.
  6. Preserve Exceptions and service charges with their original work order and Partner relationships. Reconcile the imported evidence before relying on completion or financial states.
