Operations Manager approves eligible work. The authorized execution action checks the active site and linked source lifecycle, then resolves the acting user through the person record. A manual request follows the same checks.

Record work Operations Officer

Operations Officer captures the actual activity and its quantity and unit against the selected work order. The attributed log lets the reviewer identify who performed the action and what was recorded.

Operations Reviewer follows the submitted work and field log. Operations Manager uses the order's stored state and due date to identify the next follow-up without replacing evidence with a status edit.

And how to keep it from happening.

Site no longer active. A familiar order cannot bypass the current site check when execution is requested.
Wrong acting identity. A person name in a description does not replace the link to the signed-in platform account.
Repeated capture. Repeating an authorized command must not create another log of the same physical activity.
