How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Wealth Advisory CRM for your business. Begin with a pilot organization, matched household accounts, an open advisory opportunity and a due household review. Name the Relationship Owner and an independent Sales Manager before rehearsing the first decision.
What does a household account contain?
It holds the household or counterparty name, account code, primary contact, mailing address and eligibility context inside an organization. The opportunity links to that account and to the team member responsible for the advisory conversation.
What goes into a household review?
Relationship Owner prepares the household name, review due date, imported assets under review in USD and documented risk profile. Supporting activities and documents stay with the parent opportunity so Sales Manager can inspect the assessment in context.
Who decides the household assessment?
Sales Manager independently approves, rejects or returns the submitted assessment and records a reason. The decision identifies the reviewer and submitted revision. The preparer cannot approve their own work, and changed content needs a decision covering the current revision.
What is needed to mark an opportunity Won?
Relationship Owner needs verified customer acceptance evidence and the actual win date before closing eligible open work. A Lost outcome needs a loss reason. The close action preserves the earlier expected value and relationship activities.
How is the open forecast calculated?
For each open opportunity, multiply the expected value in USD by the recorded win probability percentage and divide by 100, then sum the results. Exclude Won and Lost opportunities and list records without a probability separately. Use the total when discussing the expected advisory pipeline; financial receipts remain in the responsible accounting system.
Where do assets under review come from?
Use an imported USD snapshot supported by the household’s review material. Agree the source and meaning during setup, and configure any portfolio or custody connection with the system that owns those records. The reviewer should be able to identify what the snapshot covers.
What should we do after an interrupted action?
Find its operation receipt before repeating the request. Sales Manager compares the receipt with the opportunity revision and linked effects, checking an authoritative external source where needed. Equivalent retries use the original operation key; conflicting input needs resolution.
Can we use our existing financial systems?
Yes. Configure the accepted-engagement handoff to the responsible billing or accounting system. Closing an opportunity creates no invoice, payment or financial posting. Review the ownership and confirmation of that handoff in integrations.
How should we estimate the cost?
Use the expected pilot imports, agent work and connection activity to estimate usage. Review pricing for the platform’s rates and implementation terms, then compare the estimate with the work performed during the pilot.
