Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe your organizations, client farms, the people who plan, review and carry out field work, and the first spray window you want to run.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Pilot one organization and a few client farms for one spray window. Run every plan, observation, review and completion through the app and reconcile with your spray records before adding more farms.
- Organizations with time zone and currency, and the users for each team member.
- Client farms with code, contact, address and eligibility note.
- The station list, alert thresholds by product and the evidence types you record.
- Open field operations with their current plan and any decisions already made.
Review before release
A planner must not approve their own plan. A changed plan must need a new decision. Completion against an out-of-date revision must be refused. A completed operation must be corrected with a reviewer-approved compensating action, never by editing it. Reconcile open operations and receipts with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm who reviews in each organization and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first spray window closes cleanly.
