The crew carries out the spray or intervention. The coordinator records evidence lines for what was measured, with the date, value, unit, source and quality flag.

The coordinator attaches the sprayer log, photos or the grower's signed record, each marked Internal or Shared.

The coordinator marks the operation Completed with the completion date. An attempt based on an out-of-date revision is refused. A receipt records the completion.
