Program and session planning

From a new retreat program to reviewed sessions with facilitators.

Step by step

  1. Create the program Program Lead or Front Desk Agent

  5. Correct with new evidence Program Lead

A later change, such as a replacement facilitator, is added as new evidence; the earlier version stays in the record.

    • Correction added; original kept
    • Updates Retreat sessions

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A session is scheduled outside its program's dates.
  • A facilitator is double-booked across two programs.
  • A replacement facilitator overwrites the original, and nobody can tell who was planned.
