Keys and references

Keep the report’s organization and parent matter aligned. Preserve the submitted revision when recording a review decision. Use stable operation keys to reconcile retries and record the expected revision on a guarded receipt. A controlled document’s content hash belongs to the exact revision produced. Access grants point to a Team Member and a Restricted Subject; disclosure events point to that subject and record the recipient and authority.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations and Users, then team members and Clients with stable identifiers.
  2. Load Matters with their owners, organization and counterparty; attach protected reports to the correct matter.
  3. Bring in conflict reviews, matter events, matter deadlines and record attachments with original dates and owners.
  4. Bring in legal documents, document productions, restricted subjects, access grants and disclosure events with their revision and authority references.
  5. Reconcile review decisions and operation receipts against the source revision and actual outcomes; rehearse access and closure before release.
