How the model is organised

Sites and turbines:

Sites, Turbines. The site register and each turbine's rated capacity and operating state.

Metering and energy:

Meters, meter readings, energy intervals. Raw readings and the validated or rejected energy built from them.

Turbine performance:

Turbine intervals. Energy, wind speed and available minutes per turbine and period.

Operational events:

Operational events. Outages, alarms, curtailments and maintenance events on each site.

Maintenance work:

Maintenance tasks. Assigned work from approval to completion.

Tariffs and people:

Tariffs, People, Users. Power purchase rates per site, and staff linked to their user accounts.

Keys and references

Meters, events, tasks and tariffs reference their site. Readings and energy intervals reference their meter; turbine intervals reference their turbine. People reference their user account, and tasks reference the person assigned. Keep site names, turbine numbers and meter numbers stable from your source systems and import by them, never by display text. Times are recorded in each site’s timezone.

Migration order

  1. Load Users and People, then Sites with location and timezone.
  2. Load Turbines with rated capacity and current state, and Meters with reading mode and unit.
  3. Load Tariffs with effective dates.
  4. Load open operational events and open maintenance tasks.
  5. Load meter readings for the opening period and let them build energy intervals; load turbine intervals for the same period.
  6. Reconcile energy totals with the meter operator’s figures and test permissions before going live.
