2. Execute durable run Operations Operator

   Execution persists an execution, operation run, step receipt and attempt.

   • Persist the action and attempt trace
   • Updates Automation executions, Operation runs, Operation steps, Execution attempts

3. Confirm receipt Operations Operator

   The operator compares the external receipt with the provider result and the source request.

   • Compare provider receipt and result reference
   • Updates Operation steps, Operation runs

4. Record result Operations Operator

   The execution workflow marks the durable run successful after confirmed output and updates the definition result.

   • Keep the confirmed run outcome with the definition
   • Updates Operation runs, Automation definitions

Operations Operator

Starts and investigates the run; Automation Owner follows the definition result; Reviewer owns the prior decision; Audit Reader inspects the trace.
