Pilot two vessels and one depot for one charter month. Run every booking, transfer, delivery and charge through the app and reconcile with your old calendar and invoices before adding the rest of the fleet.

• Vessel names, passenger capacities, crew requirements and current inspection due dates.
• Crew, captains and staff with role titles and the email for each user account.
• Customers, carriers and providers with type and email.
• Open charter bookings, planned transfers, vehicles and the list of charge types you bill.

A cancelled booking must stay closed. A vessel with an inspection due inside a requested charter must be held. A vehicle in Maintenance must not be approved for a trip. A disputed delivery must keep the trip open and its charges in draft. Reconcile open bookings, trips and uninvoiced charges with their source. Invite the pilot team using the agreed roles, confirm who approves dispatch and who reviews deliveries, and release the reviewed configuration. Expand only after the first charter month closes cleanly.
